Is it just me or after 1 or 2 games, you have to physically take a break from it? LOL, after clearing 2,000 tiles and dealing with the clicking frenzy that ensues, my arm is exhausted...

Dude... how in the heck did you get over 2,300 in that?!? That is insane. I mean REALLY insane. At 2,000 rune stones, that puppy is rising at a pretty fast rate. Your mouse must be a blur and clicking like crazy at that point. It just HAS to be.

My friend, magic items. I use Sandals to clear from top to bottom. Then Eye of Horus to clear from the middle upwards. If the Eye is not available, I use the Katana somewhere in the middle and work out from there. Then clear remaining ones and when the new batch arrives I use Hammer to knock out the most numerous tiles, rinse and repeat as items come available. Plus, 'fcourse, years of FPS training.

Hey, I use those magic items like crazy too, but it's still a clicking frenzy from around 1,700 tiles and above. How you managed to fight it off and go past 2,300 is beyond me. LOL, out of curiosity, was there any cussing involved? Me thinks I need to go find Parrot... he's pretty fast with the clicking and might be able to give you a run for your money...

I had a lucky strike with Hammer, Eye and Sandals used in a row, in that order, near the end, so I pretty much cleared the entire board before they hoarded up on me. LOL, out of curiosity, was there any cussing involved? Naah. Warmed up with a session of Enemy Territory first. Me thinks I need to go find Parrot... he's pretty fast with the clicking and might be able to give you a run for your money... Challenge accepted!

I am just now trying the demo, it is frustrating but fun. My fingers need to move faster. Good game!

Thank you tortilla! I've come to the conclusion that the physically exhausting part of the game only seems to apply to the demo. Since there are only 4-6 tiles in play, that means you can get pretty far and thus end up doing a lot of clicking in rapid succession and the game hits those higher speeds. I didn't find this to be true at the higher setting (10+ tiles) as you tend to be able to plan out your moves with less time constraints. Granted, you will probably never get to the 1500+ tiles cleared range...but still...

Thanks The highest I have gotten so far is 240 in Mayan. I'm doing it on a laptop, maybe with a mouse I'd be faster. It is addictive, but fun

Ouch! You are using that little finger pad to move the mouse and made it to 240? I am impressed. Once you get a mouse hooked up, you might be able to give Vlad a run for his money!

Thanks so much Guys! I thought I was doing so lousy, and turns out I am doing good. I will try for 260 on laptop. It is hard to do on a laptop (my regular comp. is out of commission for a bit). I was almost going to quit playing it. Now, I will challenge myself again, and Thanks for the encouragement

LOL, trust me, getting those scores without using a mouse is pretty impressive. I think once you get a mouse hooked up to it you'll be able to get much farther. Are you able to use the magic items at all? Those are key to reaching the big numbers!
